This policy covers the public Nu Life Essentials website and its business inquiry and email-update forms. Nu Life Essentials is responsible for how it uses the information submitted here. Contact walker@nulifeessentials.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information collected. The onboarding form requests your first and last name, email and phone number, with optional business name, business state and role. It does not request tax IDs, dates of birth, license numbers, patient information or document uploads. A representative will explain any further onboarding requirements separately. The signup form collects your email and consent for the newsletter, special deals and updates. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect their services.
How it is used and shared. We use business inquiries to respond by email, coordinate onboarding and assess business eligibility. We use signup requests to send the newsletter, special deals and updates you requested. Promotional offers are sent separately from the newsletter. Forms are transmitted through FormSubmit to walker@nulifeessentials.com, dean@nulifeessentials.com, alex@nulifeessentials.com and sales@nulifeessentials.com. FormSubmit and email providers process these messages to deliver and handle them. For automatic email follow-up, this site sends only your email address to a dedicated Constant Contact response list after you agree to the relevant form consent. Onboarding inquiries use a separate response list and do not join the promotional newsletter. Existing email opt-outs are preserved. Automated response requests and email delivery are not guaranteed. The submission flow uses CAPTCHA verification to reduce automated abuse. OpenAI and its hosting providers operate this website. Business information may be shared with relevant pharmacy or service partners when needed for an onboarding request, or when legally required. External portals and providers have their own privacy practices.
Choices. Submitting an onboarding request authorizes contact about that request; it does not enroll you in promotional emails. The separate signup form requests consent for the newsletter, special deals and updates. You may withdraw that consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we may need to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed lawfully.
Retention and security. Retention depends on the inquiry, continuing business relationship, service-provider requirements and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention. No online transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Do not use these public forms to send patient information, medical records, prescriptions, patient birth dates, insurance information or payment-card information. These forms accept basic business contact details only. Do not submit tax IDs, dates of birth, license numbers or sensitive documents, including by email.
Website measurement. We use first-party, cookieless daily totals to understand page loads, broad traffic sources, one-way campaign keys, portal-link clicks, video playback and server-accepted email-response requests. These totals do not contain form contents, email addresses, raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints or persistent visitor identifiers. Full referrer URLs and page query strings are not saved. Campaign labels should never contain personal or health information. This measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Reports cover a rolling window of up to 90 days. Daily totals older than 180 days are removed when new measurement events are processed; cleanup may be delayed while the site is inactive. Totals are viewable only by the website owner. Separate hosting and form-service logs may follow their providers’ retention practices.
Browser storage and external resources. This site uses session storage to remember whether its signup pop-up has appeared and to temporarily hold a random submission reference and response status while you complete the form service’s verification. Email addresses and consent details are not stored in browser session storage. The temporary reference is removed on return. A secure, two-hour cookie binds your automatic-response request to your browser. The server keeps consent-version and request-status records, hashed submission identifiers, and provider receipt references for up to 180 days. Short-lived request limits use one-way hashes of connection information to prevent abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in these application records. These safeguards do not verify email ownership or guarantee completion of the external form service. The website owner’s Constant Contact authorization credentials are stored only server-side with provider-managed encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Pages may load fonts or other resources from third-party providers, which receive connection information. This policy covers this public site, not a separately operated client portal.
This site is intended for adult business representatives, not children. Privacy questions, withdrawal requests and applicable privacy-rights requests can be sent to the contact above. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in its updated date.
