Because our peptide products are custom-formulated and patient-specific, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed. Each formulation is prepared according to individual specifications and cannot be resold or repurposed.
All sales are final. However, we understand that errors or quality issues can occur. Refunds or replacements may be considered only on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
The vial arrives damaged, defective, or appears tampered with.
You receive an incorrect product or formulation due to a fulfillment error.
